Hi There,

How come some of the machine I reboot gets the "Remote User is loggin off" message but some get the reconnect counter message?

I am sorry but I don't fully understand the situation...

You select to reboot a client machine, then what happens?

When I reboot a machine in a remote session using shutdown and restart (the normal Windows restart) in the machine I am controlling.

Some machines I reboot the control screen will show a black windows that state "The remote computer is logging off" (no retry counter) then all you have to do is wait and it will reconnect once the machine is up.

But some machines I reboot the control screen will show the retrying counter then a dialog box will appear whether to install Govelan agent (I think it prompt because the machine is up from restart but Goverlan service is not up yet). Of course I will click do not proceed cos the agent is already installed but once I click that it will not reconnect.

This screen is the end-result of a Terminal Services Session State Change. You may see this if you remote control an RDP user session, or if you remote control a Vista or later OS (with FUS).

In your screenshot, I see that it is a Win2k3 server. So I would assume that this server has been RDPed into (as console) at least once before this remote control session.

Since the code change made in v7.01.32, you should not have a Reconnect issue any more with the other mechanism.
