I am receiving the following error message while trying to install a goverlan client
Error #123: The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect

I need more information about this.
Open Goverlan and try to install the Goverlan Agents on that client machine again. Wait for the error message and close it.
Then look at the console window, you should have messages there. Right-click within the console window and select Save Log to a file, then copy and paste the content to this forum (or email it to Support@goverlan.com) and so we can take a look at it.
